The residence is as marketed - nothing fancy to the house but superb location around the beach. No, the house will not be full from the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not lots of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
